I want to earn money from home and I heard that good money can be earned from online surveys. How can i do it?

I live in Bangladesh and I need opinion on how to make money online. I have heard that online surveys are good way of incoming money. But I don't want become a member by paying out cash. So can i have some opinion on how this works and where should I sign up?
