Is this a good/fair trade?

Tom Brady and PT trade is amazing. If you can get that you are lucky. Either way both team is the same with the trade. I would not trade for Matt Cle at all. He had a great line in NE and no shot he will do the same in KC. Willis isnt even starting anymore and Campbell is a FA pick.
