How can I improve a court case when some of the laws broken were failure to provide proof?

Knowing what constitutes a prima facie case and how to use discovery are skills a lawyer has learned and honed in practice. It is not possible to tell you if you have a case. It may be that you have so far failed to make a written demand for the doents, and that would count against you in court. So consult a lawyer and avoid being a jerk yourself.
