Why do atheists let stupid evolution stories to explain the universe?

Since I'm not a biologist and if you're really interested in the details. you'll ask this in the science section, but seeing as how the medical profession operates according to that theory, that it's repeated in medical labs and insects/plants are already evolving due to the climate changing, I'd say there are probably good answers for your 'questions'.
