Timing ovulation - can you tell by cm?

yes it sounds like the perfect time but lately they did studies that if you BD every day you ovulate you have a better chance of conceiving but ya that does sound like a good day but you got to know/remember that only 20% of fertilization turns into a viable pregnancy
