Days of our Lives - Sammy's kids questions?

Sammy has 3 kids. The oldest is William. He belongs to Lucas. Sammy did try to play him off as Austin's years back. The little girl twin, who still remains nameless belongs to Lucas also. The little boy, Johnny, is EJ's. He d her & she was impregnated with twins, but the babies have two different fathers! I thought this was only possible with cats & dogs! Wild! It's crazy!
