What are good girl websites?

My friend and I have been looking for some cool websites to go to. We're both girls. We want preteen sites, nothing that has any thing bad in it. Not Club Penguin, Poly Vore, Girls Life, Blingee, Girl Sense, My Life, Alloy, and Quizilla. Nothing that you have to be 13 or older to join either.
