Should i make this trade?

I wouldn't do that trade. Brady is not going to have another 2007 but he will straighten out by week 5 at the latest. Carson Palmer already has 4 picks in two games. Everything else in this trade is a wash. Jones might not even play next week depending on how banged up he is.
