My mum thinks one of my friends is ?

My mum thinks my friend is , and now that i observe her a bit more, i do see that ...she might be. Well i wouldn't lke disown her or badmouth her or anything if she really is . But...well I don't know how to talk to her about it, she says shes really against ity, but it might be a cover? so how to talk to her?
