Early pregnancy symptoms? Help ;)?

Hello! I had cramping which tells me I am starting to ovulate. The next day I had tons of egg white CM. So we BD the day of the cramps and then kept up with the every other day trick. So basically I am 6/7dpo. 2 days ago at 4/5dpo I was hungry for everything in sight and so tired. Tired yesterday, and SUPER tired today. Plus, I am in serious tummy PAIN! Woke up, took vitamins and ate breakfast. Ever since then I have had a terrible all over stomach ache. Just pressure like. Not much gas or burps. Just pain. Very unusual for me. Also, no energy and going on 24hrs of serious irritability...like mean and border-line crying every once in a while. Dry CM now and last night was 'different feeling' says hubby. I felt it too, when he was in, it was uncomfortable up there. Weird, sorry. Last pregnancy, I tested at DPO 10 and got a bright positive twice. So do you think I am showing signs? Thanks!
