32 weeks and sick, what to do?

For the last week & 1/2 i've been sick with a sinus infection and bronchitis, I've been taking Robitussin, Sinex nasal spray, and Sudafed, nothing seems to be helping. I went to the E.R. and all they would do is give me amoxicillin, now I've also began getting sick everytime I eat, if I start feeling a little better, it always takes a turn for the worse. Can anyone suggest anything else, I don't know what else to do.
